Timeline

We have provided a range for key project milestones to reflect inherent uncertainties in the planning process. These uncertainties arise from a range of permitting, technical and commercial factors, and should reduce over time.

The milestones for which a time range applies include:

• cFID (conditional Final Investment Decision)
• FID (Final Investment Decision)
• COD (Commercial Operation Date)

Securing sufficient customer commitments is one of the prerequisites for making the conditional Final Investment Decision. Our open season is therefore scheduled at the earlier possible point in the projected timeline. The commercial process is designed to progress in line with market development, with subsequent phases launched once adequate market interest is confirmed.

The Hydrogen Storage Service Agreement (HSSA) is currently under development and will be subject to consultation during the commercial process. While the specifics of the consultation are still being defined, an indicative timing is provided, starting in Q1 2026. Updates about the process and timeline will be published on our website.
